Kyton Sweat is a Senior Manager of Ideation at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. In this role, he works with the organization’s top fundraising programs to develop and analyze new ideas, concepts and tools that will raise more money for the children’s hospitals we serve. Kyton collaborates across teams and departments in developing the future strategy of these ideas and is constantly working to find new and innovative ways to fundraise in the nonprofit industry. Kyton's experience in leading the innovation management software, Brightidea, has given him the opportunity to start and lead CMN Hospitals' hackathon program, that has been used internally with staff and externally with donors and participants, resulting in ideas that have and will generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in their early launch stages.
Kyton graduated from the University of Utah in 2021 receiving his Masters in Business Administration. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah with a major in Film and Media Arts and a minor in Business.
Kyton has experience in market research, innovation, social media, marketing, video production, and video editing. Kyton is passionate about film and television, specifically around the role market research has to play in the art. In his free time, Kyton likes to be with his friends and family and dog Winnie.
